Leadership is one of the most misinterpreted and abused subject in the world today.

Personally, I think leadership is simply about effecting a change. And to change the world, you must first change yourself.

Hence, I say to you, any man who adds no value to self consistently and make no difference in the lives of others, is not fit for leadership.
